Hello,
I have come across the following error while applying the OTB
LSMSVectorization tool on products of satellite images that have been
processed in ESA's SNAP software. After running an 'Oil Spill Detection' on
a SAR image, I want to pass the output oil spill raster (mask) and convert
it into a vector file in order to run object-based classification. The
LSMSVectrorization works fine when I do not alter the (oil spill detection)
output raster, but when I first filter the oil spill detection raster, the
OTB Vectorization tool gives the result depicted in the attached file. I
think it has to do with the tiles that are created by the OTB tool, in that
run the software indicated that '2018-08-07 16:50:50 (INFO): Number of
tiles: 4 x 2', so it seems that at one tile there occurs an error during
processing. Does anyone have an idea how I could tackle this?
Thanks in advance,
Efi K.
