[otb-users] bug? no effect of -rescale in otbcli_DimensionalityReduction

I get the same result with
otbcli_DimensionalityReduction -in cupriteSubHsi.tif -out
FilterOutput.tif -method pca -nbcomp 3
than with
otbcli_DimensionalityReduction -in cupriteSubHsi.tif -out
FilterOutputresc.tif -method pca -nbcomp 3 -rescale

while the second output should range from 0 to 255 (default values for
rescale.outmin and rescale.outmax)

Am I doing/understanding something wrong or is it a bug?
