[otb-users] Orthorectification for WV3/4 ?

Dear colleagues,

I am curious if the orthorectification module already works or World View 3
and/or 4? In the documentation it states only that WV2 is supported, but I
read on github that WV3/4 should be feasible. Is there any update?

Thank you Guillaume,

I tried the orthorectification in ArcGIS 10.4.1 and it worked without a
problem. It accessed the RPCs and correctly used the Aster DEM. When I
tried with orfeo using the command line, it did not work. My guess is that
it does not recognize the DEM because in the output it still says that
elevation is set to zero. I copy here the command I used and the output.
OTB also repeatedly tried to set the elevation (marked in red).

Maybe you or anybody else can sport an error?

Hi,
Basically, if OTB is able to read the RPC coefficient on your WV3/4
product, you can use Orthorectification. You can check this with
application ReadImageInformation. I don't have a sample sensor product yet.
