Hi,
What you may need is a morphological opening algorithm to remove isolated
1. You can find an implementation in the OTB Application
"BinaryMorphologicalOperation".

Hello
I realize a musk to separate hearth (0 pixel DN) and sea (1 pixel DN)
using NIR band, but the earth area have a lot of very little area with
DN equal to 1. How can I convert these many spot area in 0 with a formula ?
Where can I found exemple of QGIS script or a manual ?
