[otb-users] Help tab blank

This happens in both my Windows 10 install, as well as my Ubunto 16.04
installation, both on QGIS 2.18.

I've installed Orfeo and it seems to be working fine within QGIS 2.18,
except the help tab on all tools is blank. Does anyone know how to get
those working?
